Financial Ombudsman Service

If you are unhappy with the outcome of a complaint investigation, in most cases you can refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS). The FOS is independent and their job is to consider each case impartially on its own merits and mediate in the event of a dispute between clients and financial firms.

Please note: before referring a complaint to the FOS you must have first raised your complaint with the financial firm involved.
