Our History
In 1985, our founder Bob Little started his career as an appointed representative for a leading financial services company, following his previous work as an engineer in the gas and chemicals industries. In 1993, he decided to venture out on his own and established our company. Unfortunately, Bob passed away in 2011 after a brief illness.
Despite this, our company remains family-owned, with Bob’s son Robert Little and our dedicated staff carrying on the tradition of providing fair and ethical financial advice that helped build Bob’s reputation over the years.
Thanks to our commitment to these values, we’ve continued to expand our business through referrals from satisfied clients and other professionals who appreciate our high standards of ethics and principles. Our clients come from all backgrounds and range from first-time investors to seasoned ones, as well as individuals at various stages of their careers and business owners and directors.

What our clients say

“With some organisations you’re not always quite sure whether they’re mainly in it for themselves or for their clients. But I feel that Bob Little & Co always have our best interests at heart. They’re very good and they’ve also helped our children as well. When they were going to university, Bob was an advocate of them taking the student loans that were available at low interest and investing their savings in order to get a better return. In a sense that’s helped our children recognise that good financial management should start when you’re young. Since then one of them has bought buy-to-lets and they go through Robert for all those things. Robert comes over as a very genuine person and I always get a good feeling about the team who work in the office. Many of them have been with him for a long time, which usually indicates that it’s a good operation.”
